Abstract：Based on the Er-Xiang dual theory and Synergetics,enterprise business collaboration system can be divided into three subsystems:performance system,resource sharing system and resource complementation system.This paper analyzed the Er-Xiang characteristics of the enterprise business collaboration system.Based on the theoretical analysis,a system synergetic degree model of enterprise business collaboration is established.By taking China high-tech listed companies from 2004-2010 data as an example,the paper measured the synergetic degree of China high-tech business collaboration.The results showed that enterprise business collaboration system of high-tech enterprises had a relative low synergetic development level.The synergetic degree of resource sharing-performance system has been increasing,but the synergetic degree of resource complementation-performance is still very low.Therefore,an increase in the level of complementary resources will become an important task in the future.
