Abstract：With a historical respective,both Korea Institute of Science and Technology and Taiwan Industrial Technology Research Institute obtain a long-term sustainable development mechanism through the institute adaptive innovation in different industrial developing stages.And both play a crucial important role in promoting advanced technology commercialization and industrial technology abilities.The differences are that KIST has a continue role adjustment along with innovation chains,while ITRI has a clear function orientation,flexible system and mechanism.But both have the great significance for the innovation of industrial R& D system in the main land of China.
