Abstract：In this paper,firstly,according to the instable factors,governance motivation for eco-industrial chain is analyzed and its governance framework is presented.Secondly,three governance patterns of government leading pattern,enterprise leading pattern and co-governance pattern are proposed based on the governance practices at home and aboard.Finally,the evolution path of the governance pattern for our eco-industrial chain is studied.
