Abstract：This article summarizes related work content and efficient methods of New York City,London,and Tokyo (which are widely recognized as global cities),by analyzing the text and extracting keywords in city plans as well as in science and technology planning documents of them.The conclusion of this article will provide a reference for Beijing as well as other Chinese cities.
