Abstract:The essence of high-tech venture enterprise incubation is allocating resource to incubated enterprises.Using incubation resource properly and increasing its allocative efficiency is significant to cultivate more and better high-tech venture enterprises. This paper uses data envelopment analysis (DEA),and makes empirical study on incubation resource allocative efficiency of 204 national level high-tech enterprise incubators in 23 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).Based on the analysis, this paper offers some suggestion on optimizing allocation structure of incubation resource, instituting incubation resource sharing mechanism, and building the government guide and market-driven combining incubation resource control system,to increase allocative efficiency of incubation resource.
