Abstract:We construct the theoretical hypotheses between core enterprise leadership style, inter-organizational trust and cooperative innovation performance.We use the actual data of the process of the innovation cooperation in our country, and do an empirical test with the help of SPSS17.0.The whole research shows that moderate transformational leadership behavior conducive to enhance the cooperative innovation performance.Transactional leadership style and inter-organizational trust negatively related to increased cooperative innovation performance.Between transformational leadership and cooperative innovation performance, the inter-organizational trust has partial mediating effect.
