Abstract：From the perspective of value chain, the thesis divides China's industrial technology innovation into technology development and technology transformation two phases.This paper explores the effect of environmental regulation policy on technology innovation by examining the data of China's 37 segmented industries from 2004 to 2010.During the research, both the panel co-integration model and the panel vector error correction model are used to verify the innovation effect of China's industrial environmental regulation policy.
