Abstract：Under the environmental crisis and the financial crisis,many countries hope to encourage economic recovery throught the development of green industry.Some of them introduced the program to expedite searching and examination of green patent and enhance the competitiveness of their green industry.This paper studied the examination program for green patent application in UK,US,Korea and Japan,and analyses the differences of these programs.It discussed the issues that we need to pay attention to when China builds its own program of expedite patent examination for green patent applications.
