Abstract：Industrial chain innovation in perspective of enterprises is an important innovation type.On the base of typical firms,this paper first proposes the eight meta-forms of industrial chain innovation in perspective of enterprises,including extension,movement,and customer mining etc.Then this paper analyses their common characteristics,including more complicated form、information asymmetry and importance for industrial transformation.The paper also proposes that existing innovation policies sometimes could be applied,but need more industrial policies in broad sense,such as business and innovation support network.
