Abstract：The innovation of original and substructural technology is important in facilitating China s transition towards an innovative economy.The emerging institutes specialized in this domain proffer a new paradigm.By exploring the theoretical significance of the interaction between basic ST research and the industrialization,this paper highlights the original innovation as the dynamics of national innovation system.
