The Dynamic Mechanism and Institutional Guarantee for Transnational Transfer of Green Patent in International Production System

Abstract：Under the background of global warming,transnational transfer of green patent is the key to implement international emission reduction and catalyzer for globalization of clean technology.Compared with other patents,green patent is apt for achieving transnational transfer through non-market mechanisms.From two aspects of motivation and restriction,this paper elaborated the dynamic mechanism of the transnational transfer of green patent,and put forward some advices of institutional guarantee that can induce transnational transfer of green patent through exertion of Green Climate Fund,improvement of international law and establishment of green partnership.
