Abstract：Recently,study on green innovation becomes a hot issue.Concepts that close to green innovation are eco-innovation,environmental innovation,and sustainable innovation.Antecedent researches didn t distinguish the four concepts clearly,as a result,innovation studly,on how to reduce negative impacts on nature,lacks a clear definition.This paper distinguishes the four different concepts and re-defines green innovation.
