Abstract：As French national innovation cluster plan started since 6 years ago,the competitiveness clusters have already created a group of leading innovation clusters in the world.Guided and supported by public finance,this plan maintains remarkable competitiveness and high efficiency of innovation resource allocation.Jointly developing projects combined with research centers,universities and enterprises,sets a successful model for French competitiveness clusters in the world.
