Abstract：As one of the main forces of scientific research in China,university plays the most active role in the scientific and technological cooperation between China and European Union.To better understand and promote the cooperation between them,this research fully analyses the development status of the cooperation and the existing problems.There are three main problems existing in the corporation at the present stage.The first one is the lack of efficient whole process management.And the rest of them can be summarized into the problems that the external and internal support systems are insufficient.And then some suggestions and countermeasures for the future cooperation are discussed.
