Abstract：IOT(Internet of Things)industry is developing rapidly,while the guidance and support for industry practice from economic theory is relatively insufficient.In this paper,the investment and financing modes are studied under the developmental finance perspective for the development of IOT industry and key IOT demonstrative application projects.It shows that the developmental finance is the ideal financial morphology to promote the IOT development and application,and also provides a workable pattern for the healthy growth of China s IOT industry.
