Abstract：On the basis of the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 1995 to 2009 and through the method of spatial econometrics,this paper measures the level of receiving knowledge spillover for provinces in China.The results show that,firstly,the level of receiving knowledge spillover has no inevitable contact with the level of economic development,but determined by every province in region.Secondly,every province has different levels of receiving knowledge spillover,which the benignant knowledge spillover has been formed between the eastern provinces.Thirdly,the central provinces effectively receives the knowledge spillover from neighboring provinces,and there is a weaker ability of receiving knowledge spillover for the western provinces.
