Abstract：The industrial innovation ecosystem contains 5 main bodies,which are external environment,industrial system,hardware conditions,software conditions and talents.This paper illustrates the roles and contents of each body,explains the interactions within these main bodies,and proposes the internal consistency model.Improving each element of innovation ecosystem in cultural creativity industry and keeping a better balance of these interactions can maximize the utility of the whole industrial ecosystem.
