Abstract：The U.S.re-industrialization strategy promotes U.S.economy to recover slowly,increases employment and expands the export.The implement of U.S.re-industrialization strategy will intensify high-tech industrial competition and trade disputes between China and the U.S.based on the influences.China should carry out an advanced manufacturing partnership plan to cope with the keen manufacturing competition,a more active high-tech industrial development strategy to deal with high-tech industrial trade competition.China should also expand Sino-US innovation dialogue to seek common interest in high-tech industrial development.
