Abstract：Based on the review about the emerging theory of strategic niche management(SNM),this paper uses SNM theory to construct the SNM analysis model of the National High-tech Zone,and analyzes the development strategy of the National High-tech Zone in new period from macroscopical(national will fit),medium(system mechanism innovation)and micro(four modules)on three levels,then elaborates on operation mechanism of strategic niche space in the National High-tech Zone.
