Abstract：In 2003,Zhejiang province took the lead in introducing advantageous resources of the famous institutes and universities to build innovative platforms together.After ten years of development,great achivements have been made.Till the end of 2012,a total of 946 innovative platforms have been built,more than 27000 talents have been attracted,including 7000 senior researchers and PHD,over 12.2 billion yuan investment has been obtained,about 11000 R D projects have been carried out,more than 8000 patents have been granted,and over 65 billion yuan economic benefit have been produced.This paper analyzed the major effects and experience of the practice of introducing advantageous resources of the famous institutes and universities to build innovative platforms together over the decade,and presented some feasible countermeasures for the existing problems,contributing to the decision-making of relevant departments and providing references for other provinces and cities.
