Abstract：Rapid development has taken place in China s scientific and technological resources sharing legislation since the implementation of the revised Science and Technology Progress Law.However,there still exists some problems which are needed to be solved further,such as lack of comprehensive laws and regulations,lack of operability and ineffectiveness.Legislative guarantees for technical resources sharing are highly appreciated in the world s major developed countries and regions.In order to promote the legislation of scientific and technological resources sharing,legislative strategy shall be attached importance to and these issues such as purpose of legislation,basic principles and legislative model shall be studied intensively.
