Abstract：Human resources for science and technology is heavily concerned by the current economy,but the key point of their studies need to the clarified.According to the data provided by CSSCI,based on scientific measurement principles and the social network mapping knowledge,we visually analyse the research situation of domestic human resources for science and technology.By researching on the hotspot of the field,we provide the reference for domestic research.
