Abstract：With Beijing Statistical Yearbook and Statistical Yearbook of China's High-Tech Industry as the data source, this paper studies the impact factors which influence Beijing high-tech transfer.We assume some impact factors by Literature Research Methodology, and then we use Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Test and Bartlett Test of Sphericity to determine eight available factors.Using Principal Component Analysis, we extract the supplier-recipient factor and technology transfer process factor.The result shows that the core impact factor which influences Beijing high-tech transfer is the collaboration willingness between supplier and recipient, together with their technical ability.The research also found that the trend of impact factor's development is according with the theory of supply and demand.
