Abstract:This paper constructs the model of formation of enterprise DC(dynamic capabilities)form the organizational context perspective, and then empirically analyses and tests the theoretical model.Through the empirical study, we found that the organic structure, entrepreneurship and constructive conflict have strong positive effect on the formation of enterprise DC.But the effect of hierar chical and risk-taking to the DC are not apparent.Finally, this paper proposes some countermeasures for fostering DC, enriches the theoretical study on the antecedents of DC, and has a strong inspiration and guidance for the enterprises' strategic practice.
