Abstract：Since the financial crisis in 2008, countries in the world have paid more attention to the development of science and technology.China also implements innovation-driven strategy to promote economic and social development. Facing the new situation of the increasing economic downward pressure, Inner Mongolia must implement innovation-driven strategy to push economic and social development. This paper analyses the situation of Inner Mongolia, and puts forward some countermeasures on implementing innovation-driven strategy for the Inner Mongolia.
