Abstract:The only information the public has about contents of the TPP intellectual property chapter is from a leaked draft US proposal.The protection standards of many provisions are stricter than the existing FTA.It reveals that the US wants to reconstruct and strengthen protection mechanisms of the Asia-Pacific region.It is necessary to compare with other traditional FTA like the TRIPS.Based on technology symbiotic perspective and the case of Japanese pharmaceutical companies,the paper concludes that constructing symbiosis network of international technology ecology would contribute to promoting technological innovation of Chinese strategic emerging industry
