Deficit of Ecosystem Services in China's Foreign Trade and Its Countermeasures

Abstract:The long-term export-oriented policies bias leads to high proportion of processing trade,low proportion of services trade in exports,high proportion of high energy consumption and high pollution products,too large trade surplus value and others.China's foreign trade in the implied ecological service exchange is in deficit condition for a long time,and foreign trade has become an important reason for ecological capital loss and environment deterioration.Implied ecological services trade deficit problem solving is related to the import and export trade balance,trade adjustment of product structure,investment policy guidance and a series of macroeconomic policy adjustments.Among them,the countermeasures such as the adjustment of export tax rebate policy,promotion of eco-environmental cost internalization by improving tax system,green accounting and evaluation system,urgently need to be further improved and promoted.
