Abstract：This paper intensively studied the typical scientific think tanks at home and abroad,builds a systematical theory on scientific think tanks and their influence,and constructs an interface model for the influence of science think tanks.It analysed the interfacial communication mechanism between scientific think tanks and their influence targets,and the outside environment which affected the influence efficiency.At last,it gave advices on promoting the influence from four factors,i.e.the innovation ability,the output efficiency,the output result and the derivative effect
