Abstract：The integration development of strategic emerging industries and traditional industries is not only determined by the general rules of cultivating and developing emerging industries, but also a practical choice for the regional economic development based on the realistic foundation. Since the development of strategic emerging industries is at the early stage, and the data of the integration development of strategic emerging industries and traditional industries is rare, it is difficult to evaluate and select relevant industries. This paper uses home appliance industry in Hefei as an example, using the method which combines analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to put forward a selection method of the integration development of strategic emerging industries and traditional advantage industries to form the leading industry
