Abstract：In order to research the substitution effect of information resources and agricultural inputs,this essay structures an agricultural inputs-outputs structural equation modeling by selecting total agricultural production,income of rural residents in different region as induced variables,choosing the land resources index,the information resources index,the agricultural inputs index based on the coefficient of carbon emission and the index of the rural labor force as independent variables and picking the 2007—2011 Panel data of 31 provinces and autonomous areas as sample to analyze.The results demonstrate that agricultural information resources,like traditional agricultural resources,being the essential input-factor of agricultural production,exert profoundly positive influence on total agricultural production and income of rural residents;In the light of the definite amount of agricultural output,agricultural information resources indeed have to some extent substitution effect on agricultural inputs,compared with the significant substitution effect on agricultural land resource and the labor force input,the substitution effect is not obvious on physical-energy resources input
