Abstract：Changing economy development model is proposed in the 17th Congress of the Party.About how to change our economy development model,its answer is that economy development model should been changed by innovation.How to change economy development model by innovation,especially by science and technology innovation?This paper discusses its dynamic mechanisms from three perspectives as following:element structure reorganization,industry structure ungrading and demand structure optimization
