Abstract：This paper studies regional differences on capital allocation pattern of food and drug safety regulation system in 31 provinces through cluster analysis.The results show that there are five groups according to the capital allocation differences.This paper analyzes the factors influencing the present allocation status for the promotion of efficient allocation pattern in capital supervision.The results also can be used as the scientific bases for policy-making to support the development of the food and drug safety regulation system
