Abstract：This paper makes analysis of innovation risk and portfolio management, change and control of cooperative network, and evaluation and optimization of cooperative interface.As important parts of cooperative innovation dynamic panorama, display boards of progress of innovation project, risk change, projects portfolio management, cooperative network evolution and cooperative interface environment are constructed.With the visual information monitoring platform, alliance management team may effectively make control and prospective decision.Through continuous dynamic optimization on the innovation process, alliance management team can achieve the strategic objectives of sustainable development of collaborative innovation
