Abstract:The team conflict can affect team effectiveness through team cohesion in university R&D team.Based on the correlative theoretical research,we built a theoretical model about the relationship between team conflict,team cohesion and team effectiveness,and analyzed the relationship between them by questionnaires and statistical analysis.Results showed that team conflict had significant impact on team cohesion,the team cohesion had significant impact on team effectiveness,and team cohesion had part mediating role on the relationship between team conflict and team effectiveness.
