Abstract:Fundamental driving forces of the development of cultural and creative industries(CCI) not only stay in the innovation of technical and functional itself,but also contain soft innovation(SI),such as human spirit,emotional,cultural and aesthetic experience.Based on the introduction of the SI theory and according to the literature reviews including CCI,industrial innovation system,it is the first time to link SI with innovation system research,and construct CCI innovation system coupled model theoretically by hard and soft cross-impact innovation.Finally,issues for further research are put forward,in hopes of providing a reference for theoretical researchers and decision-makers,and developing CCI in a sustainable innovative way.
