Abstract:By establishing the relationship model between psychological expectations and business startup practices,the paper describes the discrepancies between the two.With questionnaires conducted to the first 7 batches of candidates for the business startup projects under“Beijing Overseas Talent Program”and further statistical and comparative analysis on the purpose,challenges and suggestions from the candidates,it proves the existence of the discrepancies and also categorizes its behavioral expressions.
