Abstract：Industrial green innovation transition efficiency model including economic efficiency,green efficiency and innovation efficiency is built by using DEA-RAM model based on existing research.The results show that the changes of overall industrial green innovation transition efficiency present different characters in different stage.After 2009,industrial green innovation transition efficiency increase greatly,the first reason is green efficiency,and another one is innovation efficiency.The green innovation transition efficiency of middle and east provinces present obvious changes.However,the green innovation transition efficiency of middle and east provinces present slow changes
