Abstract：Based on the heterogeneity demand characteristics of innovative talents and the perspective of embedding innovation network,the paper analyses the innovative talents network embeddedness mechanism and the mechanism of innovation talents of the universities collaborative.From three dimensions of the innovation network structure embeddedness,relationships embeddedness,cognitive embeddedness,this paper builds a multiple dimensions collaborative innovation size and structure,institutional mechanism,network of relationships,innovation environment and cultural atmosphere as well as a performance evaluation index system to play a better role of collaborative innovation center strategic guide for the innovative talents introduction and agglomeration development
