Abstract：In the era of big data,new methods,such as profiling technologies,bring huge challenges to the security of digital identity.Strengthening the protection of digital identity becomes an important theoretical problem.The article introduces the implication,construction and function of digital identity,analyzes the confronted risk of digital identity and difficult position in the existing legal measure.The article also suggests some measures for the security of digital identity in electronic public service,including technical methods,protecting awareness and knowledge,and legal protection
