Abstract：The upgrade of industrial structure of the Capital Economy circle will accelerate the development of regional economy,which is great significance to create a new growth poleFirstly,development of industrial structure of the Capital Economy Circle is analyzedSecondly,industrial structure upgrade measure models are used to analyze the direction and speed of the industrial structure’s developmentIt finds that the industrial structure is adjusting to higher level,but is not quick enoughThirdly,a paneldata model is used to study some influence factors of the industrial structureFinally,some constructive suggestions for upgrading the industrial structure were made.
