Abstract:Based on the data of Chinese 30 provinces during 2000—2013,the paper uses the method of spatial econometric analysis to observe the influence of R&D elements' interregional flow on innovation efficiency.The research indicates that the regional mobility of R&D capital can promote the increase of innovation efficiency obviously,but the regional mobility of R&D labors has on impact on innovation efficiency.The improvement of financial environment is helpful for maximization of the interregional flow of R&D capital,and with the development of transportation infrastructure in China,it is on longer an important element that can influence the regional mobility of R&D labors
