Abstract：Innovation resource is the foundation of enterprise's innovation,and the purpose of regional innovation platform is to offer service and support for enterprise innovation by integrating regional innovation resources.Current researches on platform service function design always ignore to study on its serving objects' real requirement.Therefore,the paper discovers enterprise innovation essence and confirms innovation resources category.Further,innovation resource owning and requiring condition as well as innovation resources interacting & coupling condition of enterprise in different stage are confirmed based on life cycle theory.Accordingly,the important task of enterprise in different stage as well as regional platform supporting tactics and its servicing characteristics are put forward
