Abstract:In the paper,based the practice of university-led industrial technology research institutes in China,from the overall view of cross-organizational knowledge integration,a network-based model for university-led industrial technology research institutes is designed,and its operational mechanism is constructed.Finally,some proposals for key problems concerned are given.The proposed mode can provide references for the construction of university-led industrial technology research institutes in China
