Abstract：As a new form of intellectual property service of intellectual property rights,physical examination has a good market prospect and great potential for development.It is necessary to adhere to the policy and market demand oriented,establish strict access and exit mechanism,implement the service quality management system,and cultivate a number of general practitioners for intellectual property rights of medical services.In the future,we should pay attention to the three kinds of operation modes such as therapeutic physical examination,diagnostic examination and regulatory examination,explore the market demand and increase the supply effectively to support the innovation-driven development
