Motive Mechanism of Emerging Industries Development:Technology-Push,Market-Pull or Jointly Promoted？

Abstract：According to the basic law of industry life cycle,this paper breaks through the traditional qualitative study about the motive mechanism of emerging industries development,and constructs an empirical research framework of “stage-characteristics-dynamic mechanism”.It converts the features of industry life cycle stage symbol to the factor of technology and market of the development of strategic emerging industry.The empirical analysis results shows that:emerging industries are not in the same stage,seven emerging industries are showing different stage characteristics,and different emerging industries have different motive demand on technology and market.Accordingly,to promote the development of emerging industries,we could not just follow the law of ordinary industry life cycle but provide the policy according to actual circumstances
