Abstract：It is essential to build a public service platform system in a new generation of IT industry.There are mainly three aspects on building current platform in China:the public service platform of macro-management should be constructed from the whole industry and enterprise level;the platform also be built with particular service functions and specialized services for specific business enterprise;in addition, repository platform should be built from the program and the application cases level
