Abstract：Based on western spatial production theory and spatial production's own nature,political,economic and social attributes,this paper puts political,capital,social elements into the era background and special connotation of new urbanization spatial production embedded Chinese characteristics,and tries to build China's urbanization three-in-one spatial production and operation logical framework based on capital-government-society.Then,this paper holds an empirical research that begins with the two important aspects of the new-type namely“Human Urbanization”and“Land Urbanization”to analyze the key problems,policy process,interior rule and characteristics of trend in the dynamic development process between“Human Urbanization”and“Land Urbanization”,which aims at making contributions to provide reference to relevant officials,experts and scholars majored in urbanization research filed
