Abstract:Based on the data of 22 listed wind power companies in the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2007 to 2012,the paper used the DEA-Tobit approach to take the empirical analysis on the technical efficiency of China's wind power industry and its influencing factors.Firstly,the overall level of China's wind power industry is not ideal.Most enterprises are in the stage of decreasing returns to scale.And the resource integration is ineffective.Secondly,among the important factors of influencing the technical efficiency evolution,the R&D investment and the return ratio of net assets have the significant positive impact on technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.The number of technical personnel performs the positive effect on technical efficiency and scale efficiency.The debt-asset ratio negatively influences the technical efficiency and scale efficiency.And the influencing impact of the ownership concentration on pure technical efficiency and technical efficiency presents active and positive
