Abstract:The paper makes a comparative analysis of some current situations of Jing-Jin-Ji urban agglomeration,including the allocation of innovative resources,the performance of output and the cooperation of science and technology.According to the study,the distribution of technological elements of Jing-Jin-Ji is extremely uneven,the institutional mechanisms and policies of technological cooperation is not perfectly coordinated,and the elements market that promote to integrate innovative resources is not active.Also,the gap of allocating innovative resources within the region is comparatively large.Due to the above reasons,the level of collaboration and the links about regional technology innovation is lower.In this case,the study proposes to establish the mechanism of technological cooperation and coordination crossing the Jing-Jin-Ji region,to jointly establish a number of demonstration bases of collaborative innovation,and to strengthen the associated training and two-way communication of those technology professionals with co-ordination in Jing-Jin-Ji.In addition,the study also proposes to actively promote the regional technological innovation system with enterprises as the main body,and to promote regional collaborative innovation by integrating policy instruments of taxation and finance.
