Abstract：This paper investigates the key problems for restricting bank loans to support the domestic technology-based SMEs from the perspective of bank.This paper chooses Beijing as survey area where all kinds of banks congregate,and puts forward seven key problems which restrict bank providing loans to support technology-based SMEs from the perspective of banks.Finally,some suggestions are provided to attract the bank loans,such as drafting the standard of SMEs for S&T,making the rules of government grants for use,providing support objects list and innovative use of government funds
